The Basque Wedding in 1900’s Costumes

From 5.00 PM, the husband-and-wife-to-be will parade on the streets with riders, dancers and musicians. This beautiful cortege in costume from the 1900’s will parade as far as the town hall for the civil marriage, then to the church next door for the religious ceremony

At 6.00 PM,Besta Berri(*) at the front, the cortege will enter the Saint Jean Baptiste Church for the event of the day.

Genuine Bask chants will fill up the church as well as emotion in your heart Plus qu’un spectacle, une communion avec des traditions intactes… Incontournable et inoubliable…

After the religious ceremony, around 7.00 PM the cortege will parade finally as far as the Fronton municipal. Then a traditional dancing and singing show will took place (you may enjoy it sitting from the terraces).
